Return Policy

Here at OROS, we take pride in who we are and what we sell. We want you to be fully satisfied with our product. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will accept returns up to 30 days from your purchase date. In order to accept returns, the product must be unused, unwashed, all tags attached, and in the original saleable condition. At this time, we are not responsible for any return shipping charges, but we take care of the rest!

 

Refund Policy

We accept returns for a refund. As soon as we receive your order back to our warehouse, we will begin the refund process. Refunds may take up 3-5 business days after receipt of your return. Depending on your bank, please allow for up to 3-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

 

Submitting a Return

In order to submit a return, please email our customer service at support@orosapparel.com with a subject line titled "Return Request". In that email, please include your order number, the product you'd like to return, and reason for returning. At this time, we do not pay for return shipping charges, but we will take care of the rest. You will receive an email from FedEx Fulfillment with a return shipping label and instructions. You will be pay for return shipping when you drop off your product at your local FedEx store.

Exchange Policy

Need to make a change?  At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. However, if you would like another size or color, you may return your product within 30 days using our returns option for a full credit refund and re-order your exchange item.
