Return & Exchange Policy
Here at OROS we take pride in who we are and what we sell. We want you to be fully satisfied with our product. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will accept returns up to 30 days from your purchase date. For us to accept returns, our product must be unused, unwashed, all tags attached and in the original saleable condition. You must include the original packing receipt and follow the request steps found on our website: www.orosapparel.com/returns. This applies to both domestic & international purchases.
We want to make sure that your product fits perfectly! If you need to exchange an item, please return your item first (follow the steps at www.orosapparel.com/returns) and then place another order for the correct item. You will have a window of 30 days from your purchase date to make exchanges. We will process your refund as quickly as we can but usually this can take up to 3-5 business days for processing and then another 10-15 business days for your personal bank to process our request. Please note, we only currently offer international exchanges for Canada.
All orders shipping in the continental United States will be free of charge to the consumer. Shipments to AK and HI will be charged to the customer upon check out. All product orders have a processing time of 1-2 business days and will arrive in 4-7 business days.
International customers must pay for the cost of shipping transportation upon checkout. Duties and taxes will be assessed at the order's entry upon the country. All international duties and taxes are not included in the cost of shipping upon checkout. Delivery time dependent on destination. Currently, we only offer international exchanges for Canada.
