Holiday Shipping Notice
The only thing we can’t science our way out of is current events causing worldwide shipping delays. We’re advising the OROS community to avoid gifts arriving late by shopping early. We will keep you informed as your order ships with updated tracking information.

Domestic Shipping
We do our best to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days, Monday - Friday. Please keep in mind that during holiday seasons, processing time may increase. Delivery timelines commence one business day following the purchase date. All orders placed after 5pm EST will be shipped the following business day.

Domestic Shipping Options
Standard Ground: 3-7 business days (HI, AK, PR shipments could take longer).

International Shipping
Unfortunately, due to logistical challenges, we aren’t able to offer International Orders at this time. We’re working hard to make this available as soon as possible in 2025.

Tracking Information
You will receive email notification once your order is processed, tracking will be provided at that time.

Return & Exchange Policy
Here at OROS, we take pride in who we are and what we create. Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from your purchase date. In order to accept returns, the product must be returned unused, unwashed, all tags attached, and in the original saleable condition. (ALL SALES FINAL ON LAST CALL PRODUCTS. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES) Returns will require a $7 shipping label processing fee. Exchanges are free of charge.
